Look no further. CUE Art Foundation is located on 25th Street between 10th and 11th Avenues. Our neighbors include hundreds of private galleries and public attractions including the new Chelsea Arts Tower, Cheim & Read, PaceWildenstein, Betty Cuningham Gallery and the Highline. CUE is also a short walk to notable restaurants and bars along 10th Avenue. 

Gallery Features

• Ground floor entrance with storefront street visibility and drive-up access for cars and deliveries.
• 2,600 square feet of space with a standing capacity of up to 350 persons and sitting capacity of 150.
• 13-foot ceilings with adjustable gallery lighting and sunlit spaces from large windows and skylight atrium.

  CUE offers a variety of furnishings and audiovisual equipment at minimal additional cost and our staff can recommend an array of reliable vendors for your catering, beverage or setup needs.

Rental Fees

The following basic fees apply to CUE facility rentals. Waivers and additional fees may apply on a case-by-case basis:

• Base rental rates start at $2,500 ($1,500 for non-profits).
• Security fees at $45 hour (after 6 pm and Sundays).
• CUE staff fees at $15 hour for the duration of the event.
• Basic cleaning fees for events over 75 persons.
• Proof of insurance required.
